![]() Jan 7th update: I guess the manager won't ever be calling me. So since they emailed me on Dec 20th and we're still been emailing back and forth I guess I wrongly assumed 2 busi was days had passed within these past 10 days. To me it means within 1 to 2 working days. "1-2 business days" must mean something else to them. UPDATE: My scheduled call with the manager never happened. I had to check the box before them shipping it, which makes shipping pointless. If they don't offer something acceptable (like me returning the items and getting all of my money back - or refunding a large portion of the cost) then I'll be charging it back on my credit card.Īll in all, horrible customer service, incompetent support staff, sketchy ToS thrown in your face in customer service emails but something else is stated on the page where you bid, no manager callback. I've been talking with shipping, because for some reason they keep emailing me, but am waiting for disputes to get back to me. I scheduled a call for Monday and doubt anyone will call. I've asked for a call back from their manager, which was supposed to happen some time before Xmas, like the 21st or 22nd (1-2 business days) but haven't heard from anyone. Totally unrealistic, because it's in their favour. Like Canada Post would know how to look through a box of electronics and decide if everything was okay. They claim that I had to check the package before it shipped, since I paid for shipping. It was manifested, so this was a screw up or a scam. It took 3 emails with different answers to finally get them to ship it (almost 2 weeks later).īought the lot for the RTX 2080 (graphics card) and received a GTX 1070 instead ($1100 graphics card vs. ![]() All in, it was $1200 CAD after taxes, buyer's premium and shipping. I bought a lot on that supposedly contained an RTX 2080 + some other random crap.
